Shipping Information

Order Processing

Our pit crew processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

While we engineer our components for peak performance, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our returns process is as precision-tuned as our chassis systems.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unused with original packaging and tags
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, these products cannot be returned:

  • Aluminum components (custom fabricated parts)
  • Bearings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Body Accessories (if cut or modified)
  • Antenna Tubes (if opened)

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Our quality control team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Refund Details

  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  • For higher value items: You’ll pay the difference
  • For lower value items: We’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns
