Shipping Information
Order Processing
Our pit crew processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
While we engineer our components for peak performance, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our returns process is as precision-tuned as our chassis systems.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be new, unused with original packaging and tags
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Valid proof of purchase (order number) required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature, these products cannot be returned:
- Aluminum components (custom fabricated parts)
- Bearings (for hygiene reasons)
- Body Accessories (if cut or modified)
- Antenna Tubes (if opened)

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Our quality control team will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Refund Details
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- For higher value items: You’ll pay the difference
- For lower value items: We’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
