1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required

Important Note:

The following products are non-returnable due to their specialized nature:

  • Aluminum components (custom fabricated parts)
  • Bearings (hygiene reasons)
  • Body Accessories (cut or modified items)
  • Antenna Tubes (if opened)

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Details

After approval of your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
