Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and how fast will my order arrive?
We offer two racing-inspired shipping solutions:
  1. Standard Performance Shipping ($12.95 worldwide)
    • DHL or FedEx – the pit crew of global logistics
    • 10-15 business days after dispatch (typically 7-10 days to North America)
    • Full end-to-end tracking
    Recommended when race day is approaching
  2. Free Value Shipping (orders over $50)
    • Via EMS service
    • 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Best for non-urgent bulk orders
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally to our community of RC competitors, with two exceptions:
  • Certain Asian markets served by local Yokomo distributors
  • Extremely remote regions where logistics are challenging

Can I upgrade my shipping after placing an order?
Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours of ordering:

  • We’ll invoice the difference in shipping costs
After 12 hours, your order enters our high-speed processing system and changes may not be possible.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds processed within 3 business days of receipt

Do you offer warranty on performance parts?

  • Yokomo factory parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty
